Elements and Performance Criteria

1. Present evidence
   • Proceedings and protocols relevant to the jurisdiction are adhered to throughout the proceedings
   • Rules of evidence relevant to the jurisdiction are adhered to
   • Evidence is presented in a clear, concise and articulate manner
   • Considered expert evidence is provided on request, in accordance with organisational policy and is consistent with qualifications and expertise
2. Prepare for proceedings
   • Arrangements, role and involvement in proceedings are confirmed
3. Documentation including witness statements and exhibits are prepared, in accordance with organisational policies and procedures and legislative requirements
   • Proceedings and protocols relevant to the jurisdiction are adhered to throughout the proceedings
4. Rules of evidence relevant to the jurisdiction are adhered to
5. Evidence is presented in a clear, concise and articulate manner
6. Considered expert evidence is provided on request, in accordance with organisational policy and is consistent with qualifications and expertise
7. Follow up outcomes of proceedings
   • Outcomes of the proceedings are noted, filed and reports are completed, in accordance with organisational procedures
8. Required actions are implemented, in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
